• If you don’t want to use it every day by yourself, don’t expect other users like your product.
• Any good/fancy features are second to whatever in customer’s hand now!
• Start simple, ALWAYS!
• Work with the most important feature first, ALWAYS! The next important ones might disappear during your current work.
